Glen is a founding owner of tech2GROUP.
Glen’s prior career includes state and national management positions at Optus, where he was responsible for the delivery of broadband and network support services. Prior to that, Glen enjoyed a highly successful career as an officer in the Australian Army with a range of key operational and management positions including a representative training and management role in the UK.
Glen has a Masters in Business Administration (AGSM, UNSW), a Bachelor of Science (Computing), and a Certificate of Military Studies (UNSW) and Royal Military College Duntroon (First in Class).
General Manager Operations
Adam commenced with the tech2GROUP to manage the national NBN framework.
Adam has brought to tech2GROUP a wealth of telecommunications experience, specifically 15 years at Telstra and 7 years at Downer EDI. Adam's positions varied from project management through to coaching of individuals and teams generating outstanding results.
General Manager Support Centres
Gerri commenced with the tech2GROUP to initially manage the national remote IT Technical Services team. Today Gerri manages all remote service teams including the NBN Operations Centre, AV Customer Service Centre and IT Technical Service team.
Prior to her commencement with the tech2GROUP, Gerri was General Manager at Plastix Australia Pty Ltd, and was owner operator at Karma Corporate. Prior to that, Gerri enjoyed a highly successful 18 year career as an officer in the Australian Regular Army, achieving an exit rank of Major.
Gerri has a Diploma of Business and Associate Diploma in Personnel Administration (Monash University), graduated from the Senior Emergency Management Program (NSW Police Academy) and is an alumnus of the Royal Military College Duntroon.
General Manager of Business Development & Marketing
Scott commenced with tech2GROUP in March 2012, to initially oversee the integration of the gizmo brand into the group, after the company was acquired.
Scott brings with him 27 years’ experience in the electronics retail sector including 13 years holding several positions within the Harvey Norman Group, with his first three years as the National Product Manager for Audio Visual.
He then progressed to General Manager of Domayne stores, seeing through the growth of 6 stores to 14, and during his last five years he had the opportunity to run his own Harvey Norman store as franchisee at both the Bondi and Caringbah stores.
General Manager IT Services
Amro commenced with tech2GROUP in 2008 to develop and manage the IT environment that allows tech2GROUP's businesses run efficiently and at a rapid pace. Such extensive IT expertise has derived from managing his own consultancy business for numerous years.
Prior to running his own business, Amro was instrumental in leading the Business Services team at global telecom Orange, and was a Presenter at the Southern Oregon University, focusing on Cultural Exchange and Awareness.
Amro holds a Masters of Computer Information Systems (CQU Aust), Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Information Systems, including a Certificate of e-Commerce & Internet Marketing (SOU, USA).
General Manager Quality, HSE & Logistics
Carl commenced with the tech2GROUP to initially develop and manage the integrated Quality & HSE framework, and associated management systems.
Prior to his commencement with the tech2GROUP, Carl was a Senior Business Consultant with a network of global and domestic clients. For 15+ years, Carl has been developing corporations using principle based policy guidelines within an ethical business framework. His extensive client list includes: BHP, Rio Tinto, Nestle, HOLCIM Cement, CBA, Australian Border Security, University of Sydney Charles Perkin Centre and the Sydney Opera House.
In his current role, Carl exercises his expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance in order to lead Quality & HSE Management and Supply Chain operations.
Carl has a Master of Management Studies (UNSW), Graduate Diploma Personnel & Resource Management, including an Associate Diploma in HRM (UNSW), Diploma of Engineering Project Risk Assessment & Risk Management (AGSEI _SIT). During his time with the Australian Defence Force, Carl also obtained national qualifications in Operations and Logistics.
